Abby, Danny, Cheryl, Kylie, Kelsey and Jon

It has been a while since I have taken the time to blog, I'm sorry about not doing it sooner. My friend Sharon told me this week that she missed my blog, she is a sweetie, thanks Sharon! Anyway, as my story goes we have been extremely busy with life. We also had a wonderful Christmas, we were able to spend time with all of our parents and my grandparents on my dad's side.

A little about us: Jon is our 16 year old nephew who is living with us. He is such a sweetie and I love him VERY much. I am so glad that he is here with us. Just when I think I might be a little "cool", Jon is there to quickly make fun of me. HA HA Kelsey is now 15 and is aging me quickly. She is a very sweet girl and along with Jon is a huge help to me. She and Jon are both home schooling through the University of Texas. HOOK EM' HORNS!!!! Abby will be turning 8 very soon and she is in second grade. She is getting to be such a big girl and is such a joy. Kylie is now 6 1/2 years old and is in the first grade. She is so much like Danny, she is quite the character. Danny & I both stay busy with working, the church and with raising our beautiful family.

Now that 2008 is over and a new year has come, I can't help but think of all the Lord has done for us this past year. It has been a ride, at times hard and difficult and at other times it has been very joyous. I can't wait to see what He has in store for us in 2009. I'm expecting great things, how about you? I've missed you my friends and can't wait to hear from you.
