A Thankful Heart......

I hope you all had a very Happy & blessed Thanksgiving. We had a GREAT time at my mom's house, Dennis (Danny's brother) also joined us and we had some REALLY great food (Thanks mom!) and good fellowship. My brother sent several text messages teasing about all the good food that he had at my Granny's house.

1. I can't believe it has been a month since I have blogged! We have been really busy with church and kids and we have loved every minute of it. I'm so excited about what God is doing at Oasis Church. I love our church family.

2. Our Christmas tree is up and the house is decorated. Now to tackle those Christmas cards!!! I LOVE this time of year!!!! I'm really excited about the sermon series this month, "Craving more Presence".

3. During this time of Thanksgiving, we have so many things to be thankful for and are so blessed. I thank God for all of his blessings and the favor of God on our lives. I am especially grateful today for my husband. He is my best friend and I love him very much. I am grateful for all of his hard work and how he provides for our family. I am thankful how he leads and loves our family. I love how he won't compromise who God has made him to be and how he is so passionate about God's word. I thank God that he helps those in need when others simply walk away. He is a man of integrity and honor and I am blessed to have him as my husband. I love my life with him and our beautiful children.

4. Dare I mention how Texas got the shaft today in the BCS poll? I'm too bitter to talk about it right now.

Tomorrow is another work day & I have been sneezing my head off all day!!! However, I am speaking life (Oasis family - you know what I'm talking about) and I am looking forward to a GREAT, WONDERFUL, HEALTHY week!!!!! I love you my friends and can't wait to hear your thoughts and even though Thanksgiving has come and gone, I'm looking forward to hearing what you are thankful for!! Love and Blessings!!!!
