Today is my grandparent's 65th wedding anniversary. I called this evening to wish them a "Happy Anniversary" and it was such a blessing to get to speak to both of them. I told them how blessed they were!!!!

I am SO blessed to have them in my life. I am so very proud of them, I am honored to be called their granddaughter. They have been a beacon of light in my life that points directly to Jesus. I thank God for the Godly heritage that they have given not only to me, but that has passed on to my children as well. I watched them over the last 30 something years and their love is nothing like I have ever seen before. It is strong and sure. The love I see in their eyes today is no different than the look that they have had all these years. My Granddaddy has always loved my Granny as Christ loved the church, there is no doubt about that. I treasure the love that they have for each other and how that wonderful love has spilled over into the way they love their children and grandchildren and now great-children. What a blessing, what a heritage!!!!
