1. We had a GREAT service today!!! For those of you who missed, you REALLY missed a good message. Danny finished up his Identity Theft series and it was a POWERFUL word. I really enjoyed the message, it was very moving and really good!! For those of you in the Austin area, don't miss next Sunday, our "official" launch in this location. We are looking forward to seeing you there and having a great time!!!!!

2. We had an AWESOME weekend. My cousin Linda had called earlier in the week and said she was coming this way. I got my dad down here from Waco and we had a WONDERFUL visit. We stayed up late Friday night playing what we call "Mexican Train" dominoes and then stayed up for a little while last night talking. It was so much fun!!!! I don't get to see my dad as often as I would like and I really enjoyed getting to visit with him. We also enjoyed visiting with Linda. It's such a blessing to have such a wonderful family.

3. For those of you who have asked, the alarm clock was not at all what I expected. The one that we had in the hotel room in Aruba was a Homedics SS 4000, this one I got was a SS 4500. I thought it would be better, but was I wrong. Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode where Kramer is in his room and the neon Kenny Roger's Chicken sign keeps him from being able to sleep because it is so bright? Well, that was kind of what this light was like. The other night, we laid down and turned out the light. Danny said to me that we were going to have to turn it off, it lit up the WHOLE room. It said on the box something about a calming blue light, let me tell you, there was nothing calming about it. HA!!! I'm going to try to find a SS 4000, it had a red light and it was much better!!! I'll let you know how it turns out.
