My First Blog
I am so excited to bring you my first blog! I hope to not only have a place to tell what is going on in life with our family, but to also be able to open up and share my heart with you. I have been wanting to do this for some time now, but Danny's pep talks finally gave me the courage I needed to move forward. I want everyone to feel comfortable with leaving comments, I love feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to share life with you.
Yesterday in the Williams household was not any different than any other day, I just took the opportunity to not only live life, but sort of "breathe" it in. Team work has been on my mind for some time now and yesterday was a great example of how it works in our home. Kylie had soccer practice and while I was getting everyone something to snack on, Danny helped get Kylie ready and Kelsey helped load the car. After her practice, I mowed the yard, Danny used the weed eater and blower and Kelsey picked up the toys. (I got my IPod and was all ready to listen to only find out that it was not charged; Danny didn't hesitate to give me his. That was so thoughtful, thank you sweetie!) I jumped in the shower and Danny prepared dinner, and by the way, it was great!!! I started some laundry and Danny helped to get Kylie wound down for the night. I really appreciate the way we work together as a team, it helps take the burden off of one person. All the days around here might not run as smoothly, but a day like yesterday is definetely the goal!
I wanted to share regarding Teamwork as we start this new ministry. We need ALL of you, your support, encouragement, work and prayers. For our friends in the Round Rock/Austin area, we need you to get out and invite your neighbors, friends and loved ones. We look forward to also having volunteers in the different areas of ministry as we grow. To our friends and family that are not here with us, we need not only your support and encouragement, we need your prayers. I am so excited about the opportunity that we have before us to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to the broken, hopeless and hurting.
Thank you all for reading and allowing me to share. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Hey girl, Nice blog. I love the whole 'teawork' thing. I think we ALL need that in our homes and in our Christian walk. Maybe I'll try this blogging thing.
Love you all, Lisa Lis
